Onsite Registration: Conference Registration will begin on December 27. Please see posted signs at the Conference Registration Desk for times.
Conference Program: You are able to download a sample version of the Conference Program to use for planning purposes. You will receive the final copy in your Registration Packet.
2009 Joint Conference Program (Online version)
Airport Shuttle Information: The National Men's Ministry has arranged for discounted shuttle services with certain carriers and have also provided general information for Airport Taxi/Shuttle services. Please view the documents below for more information. The Wardman's onsite transportation service is provided by Abe's Transportation. If you will need transportation for groups of 4 or more persons, please call them directly at 202 518 0333 OR 866 518 0333 for a price quote and reservations. Let them know that you are with the NACOG Conference at the Wardman. Rates are available for all three D.C. airports - DCA (National), IAD (Dulles), and BWI (Baltimore-Washington).
REGISTRATION FEES are available in the following formats: the Youth Rate is applicable for ages 12 to 20; Adult Rate is applicable for ages 21 to 64; Senior Rate is for persons age 65 and older; and King’s Kidz Rate is for Children, ages 3 – 11. Please note, King’s Kidz is not Children’s Church, but a separate conference, which requires participants to be registered. Parental/Guardian Sign-in and Sign-out is required at all times.
FAMILY DISCOUNT is available for families with 2 or more children or youth in same household (Parents, Grandparents and Foster Parents) to help make attending the conference feasible. The 25% discount is to be deducted from the total fees due. This discount is available to those registering online (automated) or via the U.S. Mail.
10% GROUP DISCOUNT is available for any group registering 20 or more persons at the same time. This discount is available to those registering online (automated) or via the U.S. Mail. CANNOT BE COMBINED WITH FAMILY DISCOUNT.
REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and must be paid by a guaranteed form (Church Check, Money Order or Credit Card only). In the event that a credit card charge is denied for any reason, the purchaser will be contacted by email and allowed five days to submit a new payment.
INCLUSIONS: Registration for the Joint Conference includes the following: Registration Wristband (your “ticket” for standard conference events), entry to all General Sessions, and your choice of any of the Seminars/Conferences and the conference Welcome Packet. You (or Church Contact Person, if assigned) may pick up your Welcome Packet at the Registration Booth during times posted.
REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION: You (or Church Contact Person, if assigned) will receive an email confirmation of your registration, once ALL registrations have been processed. Please bring a copy of your confirmation with you to the Registration Booth during the times posted.
"D.C. THINGS TO DO...": While in the D.C. area delegates wishing to tour the White House, must secure tour information from their local Congressperson or Embassy. Such tours MUST BE PREARRANGED. For other information on other local monuments or sites, please visit http://washington.org/ for more information.
Hotel Registrations
HOTEL RATES for our 2009 NACOG Conference is $124.81, per night (including all taxes). This rate applies to all room types – King Bed or Double/Double. We will be staying at Marriott Wardman Park - 2660 Woodley Road NW, Washington, DC 20008. The NACOG discounted parking rate is 50% of the current posted rate. (As of December 8, the daily rate is $32.00 per night. For this rate, the NACOG discounted rate would be $16.00 per night.)
ONLY REGISTERED DELEGATES can receive the NACOG Rate. All reservations must be made via the NACOG Registrar. The hotel will refer all calls back to the Registrar.
