Requirements & Rules
The purpose of the HOA is to help maintain and beautify the Campground and Retreat Center and to keep home, mobile home, and trailer owners informed of their relationship to the General Assembly of the National Association of the Church of God and their responsibilities in maintaining their properties.

We appreciate the diligence of many of our homeowners to keep their cottages in good repair, painted and neat, with necessary skirting on all sides of their structure, as required by the NACOG HOA, Building Codes, and Ordinances, Article VI.
